The Mulberry Tree Hotel is a small independent hotel run by Philip & Victoria Milligan. Each of our five bedrooms has been individually designed with your comfort in mind. We want all staying with us to be as comfortable as possible, so each room has:

En suite facilities
Flat screen television
Wireless broadband
Direct dial telephone
Tea & cafetiere coffee making facilities
The finest linen
Luxury bathroom products
All our rooms are non-smoking

We are ideally situated just off the A11 in Attleborough, Norfolk giving access to the Historical City of Norwich and local attractions such as Snetterton Racing Circuit, Banham Zoo and Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens. Further afield Norfolk has lots to enjoy: the beauty and tranquility of our forests, beaches, market towns and nature reserves.

£85.00 Double occupancy
£69.00 Single occupancy in a double room
£90.00 Twin room

Rates include breakfast and are inclusive of VAT.

General Hotel Guest information

Check-in
Rooms are available to check in after 3pm.

Check out
We ask you vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure.

Cancelation policy
For one or 2 rooms reserved you can cancel up 2pm on the day prior to reservation. After this full charge will be made (whatever the reason for cancelling), after this full payment for the room will be charged.

3 rooms reserved require 48 hours notice or full payment will be required.

4 or more rooms require 72 hours notice or full payment will be required.
We advise guests to check their travel insurance if they think they may need to cancel at late notice.

Damages
We reserve the right to invoice guests for any damages, accidental or otherwise to our premises and contents. Any missing items from your room will be charged accordingly and treated as theft.
